Welcome to The Inner Room

I’m Dominee. I’m so glad you found your way here.

Years ago, I found myself rebuilding a life I never imagined would fall apart.

Healing didn’t happen overnight. It happened one prayer, one journal entry, one hard conversation, and one surrendered day at a time.

What began as private moments with God slowly became The Inner Room—a place where healing happens in layers, not overnight.

If you’re here, I want you to know you’re welcome.

Pull up a chair.

There’s a place for you here.

Why I Created The Inner Room Shop

The pieces you’ll find here aren’t just clothing.

They’re reminders of who God is, who you’re becoming, and the hope that’s still ahead.

Every design begins with a lesson God taught me while rebuilding my life.

Some remind us to keep healing.

Some point us back to Scripture.

Some simply remind us that we’re becoming the women God always intended us to be.

I don’t believe what we wear changes us.

But I do believe it can remind us of who we’re becoming.

That’s my hope every time someone wears a piece from The Inner Room.

Healing Happens in Layers

For a long time, I thought healing would happen all at once.

Instead, God met me one layer at a time.

✨One layer of fear.

✨One layer of grief.

✨One layer of guilt.

✨One layer of forgiveness.

Looking back, I can see that every layer was preparing me for the woman I’m becoming today.

That’s why you’ll hear me say often:

Healing happens in layers, not overnight.

If you’re still in the middle of your own journey, I hope this space reminds you that progress isn’t measured by perfection—it’s measured by the courage to keep showing up.

There’s Always a Seat Waiting for You

Whether this is your first visit or you’ve been here for a while, I’m grateful you’re here.

I hope these pieces encourage you long after they’re folded, hung in your closet, or worn on an ordinary Tuesday.

More than anything, I hope they remind you that God still heals, hope is never out of reach, and your story isn’t over.

Thank you for being part of The Inner Room.

I’ll save you a seat. 🪑🤎
